House rules

We try our best to keep our spaces pleasant; in exchange, we ask that you follow our house rules accordingly. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a penalty fee. We hope for your kind understanding and cooperation to enjoy a rewarding stay in our property

1. Keep the place quiet from 11pm -9am
2. Clean communal basin and kitchen after use. Don’t leave solid or food in the sink.
3. No pets
4. No smoking in property. Cleaning fee of RM200 applies if found.
5. Please maintain music speaker volume to low or put on your headphone within the property.
6. No visiting of friends after 10pm.
7. Don’t leave personal items unattended in the common area.
8. No cooking in property with naked fire. Only electrical stove and microwave allowed.
9. No shoes within the property. Arrange your shoes neatly in the stairway.
10. Close entrance doors and windows securely when leaving property.
11. Remove personal trash from property. Do not leave it in corridor.
12. Don’t download movies/TV series, stream instead. Less stress on the internet speed.
13. No nail or sticker in individual room. Reinstall cost will be RM150 per room.
14. Any misuse of the fire extinguisher will be subject to cleaning and extinguisher replacement cost.
15. No parties or events. Please respect other co-living guest.
16. Kindly wash the dishes and throw out any garage in the room before your checkout.

We apologised for the many rules but we try to keep our property in the best condition to make sure that every stay is comfortable and enjoyable to every guest. If you have any questions. Please feel free to talk to our building manager through WhatsApp or the booking platform messaging.

Guest access

Guest has access to shared kitchen, shared communal spaces and rooftop area.

Interaction with guests

We will give you the privacy you desire, but just buzz us anytime if you require any assistance. We're more than happy to share our local insider tips; from cool eateries to places to see and shops to check out.

Other things to note

Please note that a key deposit of RM200 is required at check in. It will be refunded to you once you check out.

Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm, do inform us your arrival time via chat.
